Role :

We are looking for Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition. The role will involve:

- End to end Recruitment for all job levels

- Building Collaborative Partnership with Stakeholders

- Client management, Stakeholder management, SLA management

- Sourcing Plan

- External Employer Branding

- Research, Analytics & Benchmarking

- Assessment

- Onboarding - Hand holding

- Vendor Management

- Technology Enablement

- MIS & Reporting

- Process Compliance

Location: Bangalore, India

What are we looking for in you :

a) Educational Requirements

- PG / MBA (HR specialization preferred)

- 1-4 years of prior experience in Talent Acquisition

b) Other Skills

- Desire to Learn

- Good Analytical Ability and High Impact Communication

- Good Customer Orientation / Client Handling skills

- Industry knowledge and knowledge of BPO functions
