Analyst - Planning & Assurance

Responsibilities :

- Analyze data from various sources and prepare and publish key business observations to management.

- Analyze various internal and external trends and report it to senior management

- Interface with unit and sales leadership finalize the various performance measures.

- Manage in depth business planning exercise at corporate level with respect to all aspects of Revenue, Manpower, Span and Margin and other parameters.

- Knowledge of Fundamentals of financial management & analysis

- Exposure to handling large amount of financial data and operational data and deriving insights from it.

- Financial modeling and development.

- Good MS office skills. Macro, financial modeling expertise preferred.

- Techniques of program management, Change initiative and governance.

- Ability to work closely with senior management and unit leadership
