The role holder should have good experience in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience in managing end to end campaign life-cycle, starting from pre-campaign analysis, Campaign design, Campaign delivery and post campaign analysis
- Strong experience in developing integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key programs (acquisition, retention, X-sell and VOC) across channel to achieve key outcomes
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets
- Conduct hands-on analysis on CRM data using analytical and statistical tools such as SQL/SAS to uncover insights in customer behavior and business profitability
- Deliver weekly/monthly optimization and monthly reporting of results against key metrics
- Develop and manage personalization strategy for campaigns to improve response rates
- Use statistical analysis based on past campaign response to create targeted campaigns, segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify relevant KPIs: Define business metrics relevant to the client's business functions & take complete ownership for driving their improvement
- Identify key factors impacting KPIs: Identify upstream, downstream or operational factors that impact the achievement of target levels of the KPIs
- Develop paid PoCs (Proof of Concepts) working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems
- Works with relevant Enterprise information management teams to organize the data capture and models for data analysis
- Develop analysis to understand performance: Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis statistical modelling, data deep-dives etc. to acquire insights from data
- Develop actionable insights to drive outcomes: Translates insights into an analysis report and communicates the insights back to the requestor
- Map insights to action items (working with clients stakeholders) in order to improve business metrics
- Facilitate monitoring of actions to drive outcome: Monitor actions (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
- Works with Reporting specialists to standardize and automate recurring analytical requests into standard reports and dashboards
- Project collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams
- Project governance: Ensure compliance to governance model. Seek and manage customer feedback in order to ensure strong customer satisfaction on projects
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION:
Work Experience:
- 6-10+ years of experience in the Campaign Analytics domain - extensive work experience at a Senior Management / Transformational Consultant role's
- At least 2-4 years of experience in front-line business consulting in Campaign management strategies, crafting solutions and delivering presentations to management teams
- Ability to analyze data & interpret results
Skills - Must Have
- Strong understanding of data driven marketing, campaign analysis, customer analytics (reactivation, retention, loyalty), CRM or database marketing
- Experience on creating Advanced Campaigns; A/B Testing, designing multi-channel & Cross-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill. Expert in using SQL/Excel to manipulate data and perform high level or granular analysis
- Experience in campaign management tools such as IBM Unica, Teradata, Adobe Campaign
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Aprimo Marketing Studio etc.
- Experience in activation and nurturing programs, managing large databases, profiling and segmentation
- Excellent Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong story-telling skills to deliver recommendations from data analysis - proven skills in PowerPoint, in a business-case presentation context
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills,
- Self-motivated and takes ownership
