Role:
The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, resolve complex requirements.
- Provide consulting support to solve business problems in Digital Transformation (Maps domain) for our global clients leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.
- Drive conception and implementation of technology solutions to business problems, by working closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and functional managers.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize projects based on expected benefit, communicate the value proposition to the stakeholders, assess ground-impact of applications through Pilot tests and launch on floor, procure client security clearances for applications and prepare solution artifacts.
- Collaborate across the organization and leverage Infosys product capabilities in providing solutions to the client.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities based on redundant, rule based activities in a complex business process outsourcing environment, wherein most tasks are human-judgement based.
- Leverage tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.
- Develop methodologies, support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts.
What are we looking for:
Basic Details :
- MBA with minimum defined grades and at least 8 years of experience after MBA in the fields related to the Job Description.
Preferred:
- Strong Consulting and program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies. Strong quantitative, analytical capabilities.
- Skills: Strong client Interfacing and relationship skills, Project mgmt. skills, ability to manage/ work in ambiguity, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills. Ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis.
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
- Technology: Ability to comprehend technology. Comfort with proposing and leading implementation of browser-extension based technology solutions using Java Scripting, Java Programming, and databases. Skilled in Google Sheets. Proficiency in one or more of Transformation methodologies.
