Primary responsibilities -
Support Infosys BPM's end-to-end performance management processes which includes closely working with internal technology team on the development & implementation of the performance management tool, development and maintenance of all process documentation and support materials; development and deployment of a comprehensive communications and change enablement plan, development, execution and support of performance management related interventions for stakeholders
Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and support strategy to continuously improve the experience of all our stakeholders on performance management
- Design and execution of a communications and change enablement plan during regular performance management cycles
- Design and provide guidance and direct various aspects of the Performance Management processes
- Develop and maintain detailed processes for all our stakeholders to perform effectively and collaboratively in all our performance management phases
- Development and maintenance of templates, job aids and other resource materials that enable our stakeholders to executive their performance management functions
- Coordinate with internal teams in the implementation of all the technology needs of performance management
- Develop, communicate and maintain our annual Performance Management calendar aligned to defined principles and processes
- Support and lead special projects as needed.
- Act as Performance Management SME for HR partners
Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse "customer" base, including senior managers and leaders, HR, etc. This includes good listening skills and the ability to address conflicts productively.
- Must be a proven communicator (written and presentation) with the ability to make the performance management function easy to understand, effectively executed and give the business and its people timely and accurate information.
- Demonstrated effective presentation and facilitation skills.
- Preference for someone with a background in services industry.
- Strong, results-orientation and commitment to quality and performance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
