Role Designation - Principal Consultant - Solution Design

Job role & responsibilities :

- Design the solution for healthcare (payer) pursuits. Contribute significantly on healthcare domain, process and platform inputs

- Own end to end of proposal response -RFX phase to solution creation, transition, transformation/automation, process excellence and commercials

- Collaborate extensively with various internal units and drive consensus

- Create presentations (client/internal stakeholders) and present the same

- Lead due diligence, discovery/assessment and transition initiatives

- Create POC on RPA, Analytics

- Collateral creation, case study preparation

Educational Requirements (Must have) :

- Tiered MBA with min 10 years of experience

Primary Skills :

- US Healthcare (payer/provider) domain expertise

- Experience as Business analyst or system analyst

- Good understanding of healthcare platforms

- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent timelines

- Excellent writing, excel, presentation skills

- Good analytical skills and understanding of concepts
