Roles & responsibilities :

- SLA and Operations Management

- Client Relationship Management - Internal and External Governance

- People Management - Ability to handle large teams (80 to 100 team size)

- Transition Management

- Lean/Six Sigma/QMS expertise

- Business Acumen, Process Reimaging and Reengineering

- Audits and Compliance - Internal and External

- Should have good stakeholder management

- ITeS and BPO experience preferred
