The role will involve:
- Managing team of Recruiters and enable End to end Recruitment for across experience levels.
- Monitoring, Measuring and improving key performance indicators: Source Mix, Time to hire SLA, Cost per hire etc
- End to end Recruitment for across experience levels.
- Building Collaborative Partnership with Stakeholders
- Client management, Stakeholder management, SLA management
- Sourcing Plan
- External Employer Branding
- Research, Analytics & Benchmarking
- On boarding Hand holding
- Vendor Engagement as per process
- MIS & Reporting
- 100% Compliance to internal processes, and external regulations
Skills / Domains hired for (indicative / illustrative): Hiring is demand driven.
Domain: F&A, HRO, Industry Solutions, S&P, Digital, Analytics, Transformation, Technology solutions etc
IT Skills: Micro Services, ETL, Angular, Progress 4GL, Pega, Java, etc.
Enabling Functions: HRD, Finance, Technology Infrastructure, Strategy, Risk Management etc.
Streams: Operations, IT Delivery, Solution Design, Transition, Sales etc.
What are we looking for in you:
Basic Educational Requirements
- Graduation in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, OR
- PG / Master of Business Administration (HR specialization preferred), with at least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, OR
- Non Engineering Graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition;
Other Skills:
- Knowledge of End to end Recruitment process
- Candidate engagement and negotiation skills
- Good Analytical Ability and High Impact Communication
- Good Customer Orientation and stakeholder management ability
- Industry knowledge and knowledge of BPM functions
- Compliance to Internal processes and External regulations
