Job Description & Key Responsibility Area
Primary areas of responsibilities:
- Responsible for Operations, Transition support for ramp ups and new clients for India center and oversight for International Centers.
- Conduct market analysis and provide opportunities assessment in campaign analytics, consulting and applications market niches
- Good reporting and analytics skills
- Understand & document client/prospect requirements (objectives, challenges, deliverables etc.) through RFx documents, emails, and other collaterals/information gathered etc.
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations (comprising mainly of sales, services delivery, operations, finance, SD, DIGITAL practice) through PDCAF (plan-do-check-act-feedback) approach
- Research and bring out best practices based frameworks, approaches
- Calculate transaction and compliance level savings based on benchmarks, heuristics and guidance from experts within the team
- Write POVs, blogs and support other promotional channels to generate market Visibility related to Data analytics
- Support Campaign analytics discovery, due diligence (DD) and transitions
- Take up short to medium term on-site projects on consulting/billable basis as and when required (this will be offshoring feasibility studies, transformation projects)
- Readiness to travel on short notice and for short term / long term
Delivery management on few key accounts

Knowledge & Skills Desired
Campaign Analytics Domain Related:
- Campaign analytics experience in consulting or industries
- Operations management, improvement studies, digital marketing in any of the domains such as F&A, Retail, FMCG (any one is a must), would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Campaign analytics and Visualization
- Hands knowledge of campaign analytics tools such as Unica, eloqua and MaketO
- Knowledge of SAAS, R, SQL and visualization tools (any one is a must)
- Preferred to have good working knowledge on Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions, Tableau & Google Analytics
- Ability to understand the end to end for a campaign and marketing automation
