OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

- S&P Reporting Analyst will be responsible for data collation and generation of reports and dashboards with utmost accuracy and timeliness for Client's Procurement leadership team and other stakeholders.

- S/He should be able to understand client's reporting and visualization requirement and design/modify reports and dashboards with relevant S&P KPIs as applicable.

- S/He should be meticulous, and possess a visual and analytical mindset in order to create reports that depict data in an easy-to-understand format, along with useful analysis and actionable insights to support key S&P decisions.-

- A thorough knowledge of Sourcing and procurement function and the ability to communicate effectively is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data collation: Work with various teams and stakeholders to collate relevant data and inputs for report and dashboard generation as per schedule

- Report & Dashboard Preparation: Prepare reports and dashboards with utmost accuracy and in timely fashion

- Derive actionable insights: Performs data analysis, deep-dives, root cause analysis etc. to acquire insights from data-

- Address reporting and data related questions from the team and stakeholders

- Understand client's reporting and visualization requirements and design/modify new/existing reports and dashboards as applicable

- Work with Reporting specialists to standardize & automate recurring analytical reports & dashboards

- Project collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a team member of cross-functional teams

- Project governance: Ensure compliance to governance model. Seek and manage customer feedback in order to ensure strong customer satisfaction on projects

- Documentation: Capture process knowledge and prepare and update SOPs-

WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Engineering Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain) with work experience in Reporting and analysis; Of which, 2-4 years of experience in reporting and analysis preferably in S&P domain

Should have played SME roles in report set up and / or delivering reporting operations
