Desired Profile :
- Playing a key role of supporting Business Units to drive HR initiatives aligned to the business strategies.
- Prepare and drive BU wise People Plan to meet business needs.
- Partner with Business to ensure appropriate Org structures, Span & layers are at place.
- Interface between Business and Resourcing COE for quality talent acquisition.
- Timely delivery to business through efficient HRBP & COE engagement model.
- Drive Talent Management & Succession planning process in alignment with L&D team.
- Retention of leadership talent.
- Drive the Employee Satisfaction Survey action planning & execution in the respective BU- s
- Effective implementation of - HR Pulse- around employee Life cycle points and implement actions in close collaboration with COEs.
- Driving employee delight on all Employee Lifecycle touch points and ensuring appropriate actioning and closure of concerns.
- Work closely with L&D for relevant programmes and customizing it to specific needs, wherever possible and ensure participation.
- Ensure individual development plans for key resources are in place.
- Drive the EWS for respective BU's and ensure retention of key individuals / control attrition
