JD : Sales Director
We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our Sales Teams focused on India, Middle East and expanding to other regions.
Who is:
- A full P&L responsibility expert.
- A brilliant closer, who can sell anything and everything.
- Experienced in information security sales in India and internationally.
- Self-driven and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- A relationship builder with existing rapport and trust with clients
Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly targets for the sales teams.
- Drive individual and team KPIs on phone pitches, demos, sign-ups, and recurring revenue.
- Identify new opportunities and create plans to go after them.
- Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets/quotas.
- Sell SaaS based Cyber Security software products, which is in great demand in the market
- Dazzle customers by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as technology, trends, products, and industry.
- Ensure team training requirements are met.
- Work with Tech/CS/Marketing team to ensure proper execution.
- Understand the product and work with leadership to expand the offering enabling us to grow our dominance.
- Establish sales pipeline and sales funnel.
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
- Accurately track and maintain records using CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
- Making Information Security a profit center for the buyer.
Competencies required:
- 8-10 years of industry experience in Sales, with 4-5 years of experience in SaaS Sales.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related discipline.
- Passion for sales with a 'do what it takes' attitude.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
- Eagerness to crush goals and lead sales prospecting
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to always be closing.
- Detail-oriented, and a cultural fit in our organization.
