IT Head - ORACLE ( candidates who have oracle experience should only apply)
1. Operations & Business Development
- Strong background in Oracle ERP system management with hands on experience in IT Security & infrastructure design, execution & sustenance over a large and diverse system landscape
- Overall operations of the organization
- Evolve and implement business plans in line with market opportunities
- Build organization capability to deliver revenue, profitability, sustained growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify products and develop partnerships for growth based on market opportunities
- Provide high level sales management, bid support, account management and pre-sales & sales closing assistance to the sales team
- Develop new accounts and products/services
- Manage sales activities and monitor sales target achievements.
- Prepare budgets - revenues, expenses, capital, manpower and profits. Meet revenue & profitability targets and monitor & control costs within budget
- Managing IT Infrastructure Operations of Branch Offices located in India & Overseas and providing support to users
- Responsible to take improvement initiatives by proposing solutions
2. Technical Know how
- Multi-task managing multiple projects and proposals at the same time
- Implementing &/or isolate long term solutions to recurring problems
- Exceptionally strong technical skills of Desktop / laptop / Printers / Network /cabling/ Wireless routers etc.
- Technical knowledge of operation and functioning of End user computing, Network (VLAN) and Windows Servers
- Exposure in any hardware/ software installation, troubleshooting network and VPN related issues
- Handled Incident management/ Problem management/ Project management/ capacity planning/ change management
- Should be able to formulate and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor day to day IT helpdesk Operations
- Having hands on experience of Asset management (software/ hardware/ consumables/ accessories)
- Should be flexible to manage the work as per the user requirement
3. Client/Customer Relationship
- Client account and relationship management
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients whether internal or external
- Hands on experience of managing multiple vendors
4. Team Building & Leadership
- Should be a strong leader to guide and manage team for delivery excellence in IT System & Infrastructure projects
- Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication skills
- Optimum utilization of available resources to ensure effective usage
- Managing the team to ensure timely delivery of services
- To work closely with project teams and clients to deliver projects successfully
- Assist team members to understand strengths and areas for development on each assignment/ Projects
