Job Description: Lead Information Security - GRC
Ensuring the bank's information security practices meet industry standards and regulations, as well as the bank's own internal policies.
The specific responsibilities of this role may include:
- Developing and implementing information security policies and procedures specific to the banking industry Ensuring compliance with relevant banking regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments and security audits of the bank's systems and processes managing security incidents and data breaches, and leading the response and recovery efforts.
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to the bank's information security team. Keeping abreast of current security threats and vulnerabilities specific to the banking industry Communicating security risks and solutions to bank management and stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and law enforcement developing and managing the bank's information security budget.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge in information security and experience in risk management and compliance in the banking industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also critical.
