Information Security Leader - Consulting Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS

The "IS Leader" will be accountable for creating & executing Information Security Policy, managing security assessments & suggesting corrective measures for all group companies, improving information security maturity and evaluation cum deployment of new information security solutions. This position will also be responsible for ensuring data/IP protection of group companies from internal/external threats.

- Create and execute information security technology policy

- Ensure all IS controls are in place in group companies

- Run assessment of all existing IS practices and create/execute improvement plan

- Evaluate products, solutions and partners for IS projects and monitor their progress

- Create IS awareness among CXOs, senior leaders and other users

- Follow appropriate change control and configuration management

- Create and maintain project documentation; budget monitoring

Qualifications & Skills Required(Critical) :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from premier institute (Only NIT's, BIT, Thapar, Manipal, IIT's)

- IS certifications like CISA, CSSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001, ITIL etc. are preferable - at least one certification is mandatory
