Client and portfolio confidentiality being of crucial importance, our client intends to employ highly competitive professionals in their IT Security Department

Job Description - The IT Security Manager will report directly to the Director of IT Security and cover a broad role that comprises:

- Security operations - monitoring of incoming alerts, management of monitoring devices, incident analysis and management of security vendors

- Security advisory - continuous monitoring of security trends and stand as an adviser to the company for its future security strategies

- Project delivery - be a part of security projects steering committees and play an integral role in the execution and management of projects and

- Conducting planned and surprise security audits time to time based on the criticality level of the functional area involved

The Successful Candidate - You will be an Engineer (Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electrical) with at least 5 years of experience in IT Security Operations. Professional IT Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM would be an advantage. You will have good technical knowledge in system/network technology and system/network security (i.e. server operating systems, firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPN, TCPIP protocols etc)
