- Closed coordination with HR and Recruitment group in hiring resources
- Identifying potential leaders in functional and technical skills with in the team
- Resource allocation working with Delivery Account Managers
- Creating quarterly training plan and working with training group
- Defining career development path for each role
- Coordinating Career Development Program (CDP) with training group
- Mentoring delivery resources for their career development and skill enhancement
- Creating highly motivated work environment
- Managing delivery resource cost, weekly timesheet completion, monthly billing lock working with Program Management Office
- Publishing weekly Resource Allocation and Utilization Forecasting report
- Performance appraisal of all delivery resources
