Job Hai (Info Edge), a prominent platform for blue-collar hiring in India, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Operations Team Lead for their Delhi NCR location. This pivotal role involves overseeing various operational aspects, including team leadership, lead management, client management and quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Optimization:

- Oversee and enhance end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

- Implement process improvement initiatives using quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to minimize waste and streamline workflows

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency, quality, and output

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions and automation where applicable.

People Management & Development:

- Drive monthly hiring and resolve day to day employee queries

- Lead, mentor and manage a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Identify skill gaps and facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the team

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

- Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring timely communication of progress, issues and changes in processes

- Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, creating BRD, Product discussion, conducting PAT

- Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks by working closely with department heads and teams

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

- Identify potential risks within operational processes and suggest solution

- Proactively address operational challenges and resolve issues to ensure smooth functioning

Qualifications:

- At least 4-6 years of experience in managing team, complex processes and internal stakeholders

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
