- Managing business operations with focus on topline and bottom-line performance
- Meet and exceed sales targets set via project KPI's e.g. revenue target, number of appointments made per week
- Identifying potential areas/vertical segments for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets
- Undertake research to generate new business areas, client profiles and sales appointments/presentations
- Identifying key accounts and new customer groups to provide mutually beneficial solutions and services.
- Effective communication with clients throughout the booking process to ensure full understanding and management of client requirements and identification of further opportunities
- Revenue management for current and upcoming projects
- Project development and ensuring completion in timely and cost-effective manner
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
