Position - Online Sales / Online Bidding - Assistant Manager   Job Location - Gurgaon   Experience - 5+ Years   JOB DESCRIPTION :   - 5+ years of online business development experience, 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, social media, Social Internet Networking, rich experience in online marketing / online business development industries, managing online services/businesses.  - Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc.  - Candidate should know to write proposals for projects  - Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites  - Should be comfortable in client interaction  - Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.  - Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quartely targets.  - Advanced negotiator with demonstrable record of success in and understanding of the online marketing -environment and trends (including search, display, social media, mobile, partnerships)  - Long-term strategic planner; results-driven, superior cross-group collaboration and communication skills and organizational agility.  - Experience with site and product launch and implementation  - Self-driven team player with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, business profit and accountability. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Ability to travel.  - High degree of competency with Internet, G-mail, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High comfort level with latest social networking tools and mobile communications.  Job Responsibilities / Qualifications and Requirements :   - Work closely with Business Heads to execute strategic for online sales business plan and help develop and close sponsorships, partnerships, membership packages and other revenue streams  - Work directly with potential customers and business partners to close sales for the online e-commerce industry & mobility industry.   - Develop strong relationships with sponsors, vendors and technologists (both member and external)  - Establish financial modeling: Monthly P&L updates and quarterly forecasting.  - Track and analyze sales results and drive plans to improve key business metrics  - Successfully drive key initiatives through collaboration on product and site development and site marketing with Web editor.  - Work with staff on marketing, advertising and promotion planning, including identifying online opportunities for IT Software sales.   - Leverage social networking and customer relationship management tools
