Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with domestic IT recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Good exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent knowledge of salary structures, including CTC, PF, gratuity, and hike percentage calculations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
