Job Description:
- To engage with senior managers and stakeholders to understand current and upcoming business requirements
- To validate manpower requisition in consultation with line manager and business HR
- To work with the hiring team closely and help them deliver upon the priority and critical positions
- To analyze various recruitment metrics and come up with insights to improve processes and efficiencies
- Proactively create a talent pipeline for critical / niche roles
- Track and publish key recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, Ageing analysis, etc.
Required Skills:
- Ability to drive the team along with managing individual targets
- Strong Analytical and problem solving ability
- Prior experience in team handling is compulsory
- Result-oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action.
- Strong Negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to a prospective candidate
- Exposure to hiring for sales / operations / calling profiles is mandatory
