Role Overview :
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and fulfilling our customers' hiring and L&D requirements through high-quality assessments. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer empathy, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services, mentoring a team, and working closely with cross-functional teams to refine the candidate and client experience.
Responsibilities :
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Deeply understand the hiring and L&D requirements of our customers to deliver tailored assessment solutions that meet their needs.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Coordinate with the content and customer success teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assessments. Set and monitor delivery standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of delivery associates, instilling best practices in customer service and operational excellence. Aim to achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through effective leadership and team management.
- Collaboration for Enhancement: Work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams to refine and enhance the candidate experience.
Required Skills:
- Technical Background: At least 4 years of experience in a technical role, such as a developer, project manager, or delivery manager, with a solid understanding of software development and project delivery processes.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the HR Tech or e-learning industry is highly regarded, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
- Customer Empathy: Strong empathy for customers, with the ability to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our solutions effectively address their requirements.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor junior associates, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the success of the team. Leadership skills that motivate and inspire team members to excel in their roles.
