Job Objective : The objective of this role is to drive the team to achieve the hiring targets within TAT in the assigned portfolios.
Job Description :
- To engage with senior managers and stakeholders to understand current and upcoming business requirements
- To validate manpower requisition in consultation with line manager and business HR
- To work with the hiring team closely and help them deliver upon the priority and critical positions
- To analyze various recruitment metrics and come up with insights to improve processes and efficiencies
- Proactively create a talent pipeline for critical / niche roles
- Track and publish key recruitment KPIs & trackers like open position tracker, aging analysis, conversion rate, etc.
- Drive compliance against SOPs and defined processes
Required Skills :
- Ability to drive the team along with managing individual targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
- Result-oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action.
- Strong negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to the prospective candidates
- Exposure to hiring for sales / operations / calling profiles is mandatory
