We are looking for an experienced product leader (4-6 years) in B2C product management with a strong focus on platform development, monetization, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving paid inventory consumption, enhancing employer value delivery, and scaling branding solutions for revenue expansion.
This role will focus on exploring monetization opportunities, optimizing employer offerings, and developing strategies to improve platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Paid Inventory Consumption: Explore opportunities to increase B2C paid inventory adoption, thereby enhancing employer value delivery and driving platform revenue.
- Employer Solutions & Branding Strategy: Develop product-led branding solutions to maximize employer visibility, engagement, and hiring efficiency.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage user behavior analytics, A/B testing, and market insights to drive product decisions and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to refine product offerings.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and execute a clear, strategic product roadmap aligned with business growth and employer success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2C product management, with a strong focus on platform development, monetization, and employer engagement.
- Expertise in scaling paid inventory adoption and employer branding solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through product-led strategies.
- Experience in monetization strategies, particularly optimizing employer offerings and increasing platform adoption.
- Proven leadership in managing high-performing product teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven mindset, with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and extracting user insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving and innovation skills, with a passion for enhancing user and employer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA from Tier 1 B-School
