Info Edge - Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Job Description:

- Preparation of Annual audit plan

- Coordination with external Audit teams in execution and completion of quarterly internal audits

- Discussion and Closure of audit observation with respective Business/Functional heads

- Tracking action taken status of audit observations

- Assisting preparation of AC committee presentation in collaboration with audit team

- Collation of Quarterly variance deck to be submitted to Head - Finance

- Supporting special projects like ERM, BCP by collaborating with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders

- Tracking of statutory compliances wrt due dates, delays. Maintenance of Compliance tool and submitting compliance certificates with Management on quarterly basis

- Trouble shooting compliance tool issues

- Executing special assignments per instruction from Head-Finance like Process reviews, credit card expenses monitoring, assisting in SOP drafting

- IFC testing and updation of RCM in line with existing business process

- Identification of automation possibilities of existing manual processes

- Review of processes within Finance team proactively, work with team to address any issues and raise red flags timely

- Help Finance Head/ Risk Head in various processes/ projects/ tasks

- Maintain updated risk register and coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders to keep it ready for review by Risk Committee

- Prepare decks for Risk committee reviews.

- Ensure nil surprises during any audit

Qualification: CA with minimum 4 years post qualification

Diploma/ Degree in ERM/ BCP or prior experience thereon would be added advantage

Ideally from Big-4 or in similar domains in an IT company

Excellent communication skills / self starter/ eye for details/ excellent power point skills/ good stakeholder management/ passion for risk and controls
