What You'll Do:

1. Strategize:

- Define and communicate the roadmap, prioritizing impactful opportunities.

- Align stakeholders around a shared vision for product evolution.

2. Collaborate:

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science and marketing to bring ideas to life.

- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.

3. Measure & Optimize:

- Monitor key metrics, assess feature performance, and iterate rapidly to improve results.

- Conduct A/B tests and user studies to validate hypotheses and refine features.

4. Leverage Research & Data:

- Develop a nuanced understanding of market dynamics through deep dives into user research, behavioral insights, and platform analytics.

5. Build & Scale: Be equally adept at designing and implementing new features from scratch and scaling existing features to meet evolving user needs and expectations

What Were Looking For:

- Proven track record as a Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in B2C consumer internet companies

- Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for decision-making.

- Creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centric design and innovation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority. Critical Success
