Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Program Promotion and Career Assist businesses.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly in the Edu-Tech sector, and experience in managing teams focusing on lead generation and career transition services. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management:
- Led and managed the teams responsible for Program Promotion and Career assistance businesses.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with business goals.
- Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Program Promotion (Edu-Tech Focus):
- I'd like you to please oversee the execution of performance marketing strategies for top Edu-Tech clients.
- Could you collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize ad campaigns that drive lead generation?
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of client goals and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance ad monetization efforts.
Career Assist:
- Lead the team in developing and delivering career shift services for job seekers.
- Could you ensure the effectiveness of career coaching, resume building, and job search strategies provided to clients?
- Build partnerships with employers and recruitment agencies to facilitate successful client career transitions.
- Track and report on the success rate of career shifts facilitated by the team.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute business plans for both Program Promotion and Career Assist segments.
- Could you identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential challenges, adjusting strategies as necessary?
- Could you collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with company goals?
Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Edu-Tech sector and other industries.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and exceeding expectations.
- Please handle client escalations and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, business metrics, and client outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
