About the Role:

Naukri.com is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing campaigns by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive improved performance.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze marketing campaign data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns across various channels

- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate large data sets for analysis

- Leverage Excel to perform in-depth data analysis, create reports, and develop data-driven recommendations

- Identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable suggestions to enhance campaign performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and implement data-driven strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an IIT, graduated in 2023 or 2024

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in SQL and Excel (dashboarding skills are a plus)

- Ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

- Passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow
