Required:
- Masters in HR from a premier B-School with around 4 years of experience driving Learning & Development initiatives in a fast-paced organization
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully
- Good strategic-thinking skills and conceptual clarity of Learning & Development and HR
- Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships at all levels in the organization to influence and collaborate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent presentation skills with expertise in Powerpoint, Canva etc.
Desired:
- Advanced qualifications/certifications in Learning & Development, Psychometric tools and assessments
Role Objective:
To own and drive key learning initiatives independently with minimal guidance in order to strengthen the Learning & Development at Info Edge; build organizational capability, enable growth of our associates, grow leaders for the future and create a thoroughly engaging learning experience that leverages the best of learning tools, technologies and industry leading practices.
The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of the learning agenda for the organization, manage key learning programs and drive key initiatives towards organization effectiveness.

Role Expectations:
- Help build the annual Learning Plan
- Play a key role in executing the learning plan that supports organizational strategy and business outcomes
- Design engaging, holistic development experiences through the interplay of live and digital learning, on-the-job experiences, and exposure that create measurable value and impact for our associates
- Track the learning budget ensuring operational efficiencies and ROI for the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Shared Services, External Vendors & Partners
- Own and drive special projects targeted towards enhancing organizational effectiveness and building organizational capability
