About the role
This is a leadership role and responsibility will include working cross functionally with the internal teams to influence some of the important KPIs for assigned business portfolios.
The role involves team management and the person will be responsible to manage and coach a group of digital platform optimizers.
With Key focus areas divided into;

- Tactical drives
- Execution rigor People leadership

o Continuous automation of recurring processes
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the campaign delivery, targeting and media strategy for top strategic accounts.
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
- Deliver all campaigns in full and on time, meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks
- Ensure all client delivery restrictions are abided by
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve campaign performance
- Delivery of campaigns against goal
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Preferred:
- Work experience with a strong focus on customer experience, preferably in Consumer Tech space
- Proven work experience as a campaign delivery manager or similar role
- Role requires the person to have high levels of accountability
- Experience in managing and coaching a team
- Effective campaign management skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with minimal oversight
- Knowledge of the internet and its commercial/marketing benefits
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
