Given the fact that real estate was the largest category for advertisements in the print media the potential for online real estate classifieds as a business is immense. Today, with a traffic share of more than 50%, 99acres is the clear leader amongst six major players.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (including app) for user acquisition and retention across digital platforms like Meta, Google, DV360 etc.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like App Installs, Conversions, CPLs, Quality, Engagement to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and drive scale with efficiency
- Constantly innovate and identify fresh ways to grow by tapping into new channels/networks to scale campaigns and optimize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align and drive digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Skillset required:
- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges with specialization in Marketing
- Work experience in consumer internet companies preferred
- Proven experience in handling digital brand and app marketing campaigns
- Indepth knowledge of digital tools like Appsflyer (or other MMPs), Similarweb/Comscore, App, Tweak/Annie, Google Analytics etc
- Strong analytical skills and data drive driven mindset to drive full funnel marketing.
