Job Role: Campus Lead : InfoEdge India Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campus Hiring:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy focused on top engineering colleges and premium business schools.

- Identify and prioritize target institutions aligned with the company's talent needs and growth goals.

Relationship Building and Engagement:

- Build and nurture strong partnerships with placement offices, faculty, and student bodies at premier engineering and B-school campuses.

- Serve as the face of the company, fostering relationships that strengthen our brand and attract the best talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

- Plan and manage campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.

- Collaborate with engineering and business leadership to define hiring needs and ensure alignment with talent acquisition goals.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from campus engagement to onboarding.

Event Planning and Execution:

- Organize hackathons, coding challenges, case competitions, and workshops to identify and engage top-performing talent.

- Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and other student-focused events.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

- Track key recruitment metrics, such as application-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance rates, and ROI on campus activities.

- Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech/MBA from top tiered College

- 4+ years of experience in campus hiring, with a focus on engineering and management.

- Proven expertise in building relationships with top-tier engineering colleges and B-schools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with academic institutions and internal teams.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools and analytics to track and optimize hiring performance.

- High energy, adaptability, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
