Job Objective: The objective of this role is to acquire new business and drive penetration for IIMJobs business solutions.
Job Description:
- Client Acquisition & Renewal: Achieve sales targets for IIM Jobs solutions through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing accounts through upselling & cross-selling.
- Client Engagement & Service- Actively engage with customers, accelerate adoption of IIM Jobs solutions by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
- Consultative Sales - Collaborate with various internal and external teams to deliver the best customer experience, monitor product performance and ROI and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders.
- Process Compliance: Partner with cross functional teams & other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure internal process compliance and adherence to guidelines
- Closure and Collection: Manage prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
