Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and converting new business development opportunities from ultra HNI individuals registered on our platform. You will be expected to perform a wide variety of activities including -

Research & Intel Gathering

- Research and gather intel on potential leads and qualify them for sales prospects

- Establish contact with identified leads and connect with them via professional networking mediums

Relationship Management

- Create client touchpoints to help "warm" relationship

- Build and nurture strong Customer relationships to develop a holistic and deep view of their advertisement needs

- Demonstrate a persuasive yet subtle approach that will convince potential clients to opt for our offerings

- Help the Customer accelerate through the customer lifecycle to realize the expected outcomes

Negotiation & Closures

- Use data-based approach to explain our competitive advantage over other platforms

- Effectively negotiate and convert potential leads into closures

- Manage revenue targets and ensure achievement

Inter-departmental Relationships

- Partner with the Management team to develop sales opportunities

- Assist in developing, managing, and coordinating strategic and tactical growth plans to determine the sales details/approach and uncover new revenue opportunities

- Leverage marketing, training and development tools to uncover value for your customers and solidify partnerships focused on mutual success

Desired Profile

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a BD / sales role

- Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with clients

- Detail-oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment

- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player

- Prior experience in selling subscription-based services is desired

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving skills

- Excellent problem solving skills with sharp analytical thinking
