Job Summary:

The Brand Campaigns Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Naukri.com's branding initiatives across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, OTT, programmatic advertising etc

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and craft compelling brand narratives.

- Negotiate and manage relationships with national and regional OTT platforms, securing favourable media placements and rates.

- Oversee and optimize YouTube and other programmatic branding campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

- Conduct market research using primary & secondary data and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.

Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate: Will have 2-4 years of experience working in a media buying agency as a media planner or account manager.
