Job Objective: The objective of this role is to acquire new business and drive penetration for IIMJobs business solutions.
Job Description:
- Client Acquisition & Renewal : Achieve sales targets for IIMJobs solutions through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing accounts through upselling & cross-selling.
- Client Engagement & Service : Actively engage with customers, accelerate adoption of IIMJobs solutions by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
- Consultative Sales : Develop an in depth understanding of the client's business and their needs and propose IIMJobs solutions. Collaborate with various internal and external teams to deliver the best customer experience, monitor product performance and ROI and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders.
- Process Compliance : Partner with cross functional teams & other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure internal process compliance and adherence to guidelines
- Closure and Collection : Manage prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
Required Skills:
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- 4-8 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
