AVP Business Development | Quadrangle
Job Overview : The AVP Business Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic business development plans to support the growth of the Quadrangle. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team and the Quadrangle team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Demonstrate ability to crack newer accounts and penetrate market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Connect with leaders/ decision makers in the industry with an ability to influence them to generate high value/ strategic business roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to expand services
- Collaborate with the internal teams to design and customize proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Quadrangle's business capabilities and value proposition
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
- Promote Quadrangle's brand and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adjusting the business development strategy as needed
- Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Will be responsible for New business acquisition and renewals ( as and when required)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and business development activities
Qualifications :
- A full time Master's degree/ PGD in Management or related subjects, from a reputed College/ Institution
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably selling HR services
- Strong understanding of the HR consulting industry and the services provided
- Proven track record of generating new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
