Job Description:
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, including but not limited to bloggers, vloggers, social media personalities, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies into campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on influencer marketing investments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing efforts with other marketing channels and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing campaigns to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brandvisibility and engagement across various social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Strong network of influencers and industry contacts, with the ability to identify and engage with relevant personalities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to leverage influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools/software.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and market dynamics.
- Passion for consumer electronics and a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
