About the business The Influencer Marketing function is charted with the responsibility and positioning with industry and technology analysts from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, HfS research, Everest Group and Nelson Hall, amongst others. This is achieved through regular cadence of analyst connects, and by presenting a compelling response vision, capabilities and success stories to analyst-led competitive reports.
Role Description Responsibilities:
- Mindshare & Market Positioning - Lead Analyst RFI/RFPs by working with, Pre-sales, Delivery & Sales teams to craft a compelling story on, market leadership & capabilities. This involves detailed understanding of the scope of analyst research & assessment, deep understanding about market share, market potential & value proposition to bring the best to the table.
- Relationship building and Analyst Engagement - Manage ongoing communications, updates, briefings, inquiries, customer reference calls and strategy days with analysts to continually elevate mindshare and create potential business opportunities.
- Strategy Formulation and Messaging - Work with business and marketing leads to strategize on business positioning and messaging to ensure strong analyst endorsement and client referrals.
- Client reference management - Work with sales & account teams to identify and coach client references.
- Competitive intelligence and Deal support - Work with sales and pre-sales teams to position influencer point of view about in ongoing deals and RFPs.
- Process Excellence - Drive process excellence and industry best practices in managing Influencer Relations through use of tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Adobe etc
Candidate Requirement - MBA in Marketing / Finance
- 5 -7 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Research or Consulting with a strong performance record preferred.
- Experience of managing large & complex RFPs involving multiple service lines preferred
- Understanding and knowledge of IT Services (Applications, Infrastructure, BPS, Digital, Analytics).
- Strong written communication skills, good grasp of English language
- Analytical skills with an ability to draw fact-based conclusions
- Understanding of secondary research methodologies, financial numbers and measurement ratios
- Highly visible role - Ability to work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority
- An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality
