Influence Marketing - Loyaty Programs, Mumbai
- To ensure the Design, development, competitiveness and implementation of the existing loyalty program
- Improve the engagement program focused on increasing the Contractor base and improving the retention rate
- Drive New Buyer acquisition
- Drive Extraction from existing buyers
- Onboarding vendors / Tech deployments to enhance loyalty experience
- Use AI tools to increase participation and cross selling to existing buyers
- Drive implementation of alternate programs to increase direct selling to influencers.
- Design & deploy communication strategy
Role & Responsibilities:
- Keeping the Loyalty program competitive with the market offerings
- Lead for driving the secondary volume / value growth in the business leading to primary growth.
- Taking the lead on long-term activities to ensure that the influencers' core drivers are addressed
- Work on process and structures to drive secondary field force productivity and effectiveness.
- Managing the regional engagement team to improve influencer engagement on the ground level
- Driving the micro market initiatives
- Designing yearly roadmap for engagement activities at club level
- Design of AOP
- Improve secondary to primary ratio to drive growth.
- Manage the backend operations through contact center.
