Our services include Proposal/Bid Management, Sales Support, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Knowledge Management and Staffing Services.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities :
- To identify potential customers in US and UK markets
- To draft and implement effective sales strategies/ growth strategies
- To enhance existing sales process
- To strive for a minimum sales targets in the longer run
- To create and manage a strong customer database with CRM
- To manage client relationships at all levels and to attend meetings in US and UK, as and when required.
Key Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in Sales
- B2B sales experience or passionate about B2B sales
- Proposal Writing Experience
What You Get :
- Partnership share/equity stake of 10 %
- Sales Incentives ( 20% of opportunity revenue on each lead converted) - Pay per lead model
- Any fixed salary is excluded for this role
- Opportunity to lead the sales organization of the company with a title of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) or Head of Business Development.
