Manager - Inside Sales / Lead Generation/Business Development

Location: Gurgaon - Full time, Evening Shift (Tuesday to Saturday).

Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate candidate, who is result orientated, with either a proven track record of selling IT services or consulting services in US and UK regions. Manager is an experienced role wherein you will be investing your knowledge and experience in a fast pace and challenging environment.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities :

- To identify target markets and potential customers in US and UK markets

- To achieve minimum monthly sales targets (realistic)

- To create a customer database of contacts

- To manage client relationships at all levels

- Responding to RFP/RFI documents

Key Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in Sales/ Lead Generation for International Markets

- B2B sales experience or passionate about B2B sales

- Preferably graduate in marketing & sales

- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing

- Convincing and Patient attitude

- The ability to build good working relationships at all levels

- Desire to drive new sales from cold call to close

- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Optional (added advantage) :

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Knowledge of IT domain (cloud, mobile apps, web and portals, analytics)

- Knowledge of Pre-sales
