- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team.
- This role is essential in identifying, developing, and cultivating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Good to have exposure in Guru, Up work & Online Bidding.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Develop comprehensive market entry strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Provide product or service demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
