Profile: Business development manager
Experience: Min 3 years to 8 years in Domestic IT Staffing / Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi NCR (Work from home as of now)
Job Brief:
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele, who will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- This is a highly responsible role which would be ideal for someone that has worked in the IT Staffing industry and looking to expand their experience with us.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy
- Needs to focus on both financial and customer satisfaction
- Approaching more new clients, Doing Empanelment
- Must have experience in IT Industry, Domestic IT staffing
- Should be able to work 360 degrees
- Excellent knowledge of client engagement and Client acquisition
- Good hands-on experience in Lead generation and Revenue generation
- Build strong relationship with the existing and new clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep records of sales, Invoices and financial details
- Promote the companys services, addressing or predicting clients objectives
Requirement and skills:
- 3-8 years overall experience in IT Staffing Business Development and Sales (Permanent & Contract Staffing)
- Must have contacts with HR/Managers at companies where we can become a preferred vendor or must be able to reach out to various companies (Business Development)
- Good understanding of contracts and negotiations
- Excellent writing, drafting and communication skills
- Lead generation experience is a must
- Proven experience developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques, and pricing proposals
