Role: IT Recruiter - Lead

Designation: Manager

Reporting to: HR Head

Location: Hyderabad (work from office)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to get an understanding about the open role

- Presenting weekly reports to show traction in the hiring process

- Sourcing candidates through portals (Naukri, Linkedin, IIMjobs), social media, cold calling, utilizing online databases, employee referrals and professional networking opportunities

- Build a candidate pipeline based upon commonly required skillset for IT - Technology and Product teams

- Screen and assess candidates, appropriately matching candidate skills/experience to meet hiring manager's expectations.

- Initiating Pre offer through system

- Involved in internal transfers of employee (IJP) and closely interact with existing employees and managers.

- Being in touch with the joined employees so that they get accommodated to the new environment of the organization.

- Automate and deploy the right solutions for screening and testing the candidates.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed business school.

- Minimum 7+ years work experience in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of managing large teams. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

- Hands on experience in MS Office
