ABOUT THE ROLE :

Infinity learn (Ed-tech arm of Sri Chaitanya) is looking for experienced Associate Product Managers (APM) in the product team. As an APM, you will be responsible for product development, creation of new products and features and market research. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, creating wireframes and design requirements, reviewing designs, writing user stories, driving project management with technology, and improving overall user experience of the product through customer interactions. You will be required closely work with internal teams to build customer-friendly, easy to use and superior UX-based EdTech products.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Write user stories in line with requirements and perform sprint grooming before start of the sprint.

- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Work closely with development and QA team to review deliverables and perform sprint review and demo at the end of the sprint

- Create wireframe and user flow diagrams and review UX/UI designs

- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements

- Perform product demos and training to cross-functional teams

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

- B.Tech./ B.E./MBA from reputed institutions. Candidates from top institutes such as IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT - Tech, IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI - MBA are preferred.

- 2 to 5 years of experience and 1 to 3 years of experience in product development or management.

KEY SKILLS :

- Experience in working with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Wireframe tools

- Experience in gathering requirements from different stakeholders

- Interpreting qualitative and quantitative product data and customer feedback.

- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.

- Experience of building products in EdTech companies will be preferred.
