Immediate hiring for IT Vendor Management Consultant #C2h #offshore #Remote.

Skills required:.

- Relevant experience in IT related field vendor management role.

- Record of accomplishment of on-time, on-budget and to-specification project delivery.

- Clear understanding of vendor IT hardware/Asset Management, Vendor Management, Financial Management, Contracts Management and Operational Risk Management.

- Knowledge of complex IT systems, infrastructure and applications in large organization (Oil & Gas preferred).

- Experience in project, portfolio and vendor management and monitoring practices and methodologies.

- International experience.

Responsibilities.

- Evaluate potential suppliers using developed and agreed criteria to support alignment and understanding of the expectations and requirements of engagement.

- Monitor and report on the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics.

- Manage outward communication to vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organisational strategic direction, changes and challenges.

- Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs.

- Liaise with procurement partners to review, report on and revise contractual agreements as necessary.

- Support the contract development in coordination with Procurment, Legal and Finance.

- Monitor and drive compliance with standards.

- Support development of SLAs and metrics to support the ongoing governance and management of the transitioned portfolio.
