Infiniti Research - Product Manager

Job Description:

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and SaaS product management.

- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product development, managing cross-functional teams, and enhancing product features to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Implementation:

- Implement and oversee the Agile Scrum process across the product development lifecycle within the organization.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Project Management:

- Set and manage project timelines, ensuring that teams stay on task and meet milestones according to schedule.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Customer-Centric Development:

- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform product decisions and feature rollouts that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure that the product is user-friendly and meets market expectations.

Documentation & Communication:

- Document user stories, specifications, and product features in detailed work orders to ensure clear communication across development teams.

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that mandatory product requirements are built and delivered according to the plan.

Product Strategy & Launch:

- Lead the successful re-launch of a B2B platform by redefining the product strategy, resulting in increased market adoption and revenue growth.

- Identify and create up-sell opportunities across the product suite to drive incremental revenue.

Performance Metrics:

- Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of products, continuously fine-tuning product features to ensure a strong market fit.

- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize product backlog.

Tool Proficiency:

- Utilize and manage various Agile tools including Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jira, Product Plan (for roadmaps), and Avion (for story mapping) to streamline product management processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a demonstrated ability to implement Agile practices across an organization.

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jira, Product Plan, and Avion.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within scope.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior and product performance data to drive decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.

- Experience in managing the re-launch of products and driving revenue through strategic product enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B SaaS products.

- Background in UX/UI design or a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
