SEO Manager The SEO Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SEO strategies, be data-driven, and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results. As a self-motivated and result-oriented professional, the SEO Manager will implement technical SEO practices and other key aspects of search engine optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our websites.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using various SEO tools and platforms to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our SEO strategies.
- Create and present regular performance reports, including key metrics, progress, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
- Work closely with the development team to address technical SEO issues and ensure proper indexing and crawling of our website.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and promotion that aligns with our target audience and business goals.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5-6 years in SEO management, with a strong track record of achieving significant organic traffic growth.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Expertise in technical SEO, including website structure, crawlability, indexation, and mobile optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement data-driven SEO strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
